Canceling Orders: You may cancel or revise your order if we are contacted before your order has been processed. To request a cancellation on an unshipped order: Email us at sales@mynewhandbag.com with all pertinent details. Optionally, please include the reason for cancelling for our business improvement. You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your order has been canceled. Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it. Your option then is to request a Return Authorization from our Customer Service email and initiate a return. Please check our return policy prior to retuning your products.

Return Policy: We require all returned merchandise to be re-packed in its original product box with its original packing materials. We also require you to include all components, authenticity card, dust bag, and accessories. Please note that products must be unworn and in the state you received them (Please Note: all items are inspected prior to shipment and they are shipped in New Condition). A small 10% restocking fee on the entire value of the order will be applied when returning the goods to us within 10 days of shipment date for refund, minus shipping and handling charges (A value of $9.99 will also be deducted for customers with Free shipping option -this is the actual shipping charges incurred by us). Please note items returned without RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) will be subject to 20% restocking fee that is if products are not rejected or lost. Any incomplete items are subject to an additional restocking fee. Refund Policy: After we receive the returned item and inspection, we will process your refund within fifteen business days (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We will apply the refund to the same credit card you used to make your original purchase or by check if you purchased your items by check.
