that it qualifies for a lowest price guarantee you will receive a refund equal to the difference
between the price you have bought on our site and the price you saw at a competitor's web site.
A competitor web site is one that is active, is in the United States and ships only authentic designer handbags
and products (so it is a legal business entity).
While the product price is what counts
we will ship free or at a low rate, therefore we reserve the right to take that into account
as we calculate your refund.
We do have a list of our competitor web sites but if a new one
arises you are still entitled to you refund, we will investigate and add that to our list.
All refund requests must be submitted within by Friday midnight Pacific time of the week that the
order has been placed.
So go ahead and do not hesitate to order if you happen to see an advertised price
that is lower than here, although this will almost never happen since we keep our prices
low and updated!

If we have not handled your order optimally, you may return within
5 days of receipt (having requested an RMA number by email) and we will refund you with the full returned product cost.
