Hi, I've just become an authorized reseller and in reading your return policy, I see you only give 15 days to return an item if unsatisfied with purchase. Obviously if I purchase a handbag the time it takes to receive, list it on my online website, then ship to my buying customer obviously will exceed the 15 days and would like to know how I can pass that guarantee down to my customers if they are not satisfied within good reason?
