I can not find that my order has been shipped and when to exspect it.. I want to make sure I get this in time to view because I just found your company and this is the first time I have ordered and am concerned because this is for a special gift and I want to make sure everything goes right and she likes it.. Please let me know when I will get my item #Br2758 and that is comes in original box with authenticity and is the correct model.. Thank You;
